Primatech Paper Co. LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the KidTab mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. KidTab is designed as a local-first application. All data you enter — including children's names, allowance amounts, chore definitions, transactions, and wishlist items — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData).

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information through the App.

2. Data Storage

All App data is stored locally on your iOS device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your data. Your family's financial information never leaves your device unless you choose to back up your device through Apple's standard backup mechanisms (iCloud Backup, iTunes/Finder backup).

3. iCloud Sync (Future Feature)

We may introduce optional iCloud sync functionality in a future update. If implemented, this feature will use Apple's private CloudKit framework, which means your data would be stored in your personal iCloud account — not on our servers. You will be notified and asked for consent before any such sync is enabled.

4. Analytics and Tracking

KidTab does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not track your usage of the App, and we do not serve advertisements.

5. Children's Privacy

KidTab is designed to be used by parents and guardians to manage family finances. The App is operated by adults (parents/guardians), not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. The children's names and financial data entered into the App are stored solely on the parent's device and are under the parent's control.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or financial institutions. KidTab is a standalone ledger application that does not connect to banks, payment processors, or any external data providers.

7. Data Security

Your data is protected by the security measures built into your iOS device, including device encryption, passcode/biometric protection, and the iOS application sandbox. Since data is stored only on your device, it is protected by whatever security measures you have enabled on your device.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete all App data at any time by deleting the KidTab app from your device. This permanently removes all data associated with the App. You may also manage individual records (children, transactions, chores, etc.) within the App itself.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
