Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KidTab mobile application ("App") provided by Primatech Paper Co. LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KidTab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

KidTab is a family financial literacy tool that provides a virtual ledger for tracking allowances, chores, and savings goals within a household. KidTab is not a financial institution, bank, payment processor, or money transmitter. No real money is transferred, held, or managed through the App. KidTab is purely an educational and organizational tool.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by adults (18 years or older) who are parents or legal guardians. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Children may view the App under parental supervision, but the App is designed to be operated by parents/guardians.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All data you enter into the App, including its accuracy and appropriateness
• Maintaining the security of your device and access to the App
• Any decisions you make based on information displayed in the App
• Backing up your device if you wish to preserve your App data

5. Data and Privacy

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on any server. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logo, and content, is the property of Primatech Paper Co. LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.

7. No Financial Advice

KidTab is an educational tool and does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. The App is designed to help families have conversations about money management. For financial advice, please consult a qualified financial advisor.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Primatech Paper Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App's calculations or displays
• Any loss of data due to device failure, App deletion, or other causes

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primatech Paper Co. LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Mateo County, California.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Primatech Paper Co. LLC regarding your use of the App.
